How long does it take to ship an item?
In an effort to be as transparent as our Glass Cleaner, please allow up to 7-10 business days of processing before an order is shipped. Our typical shipping day is Thursday. In most cases, you should receive your order ahead of the scheduled delivery day.
Why does 16oz cleaners and soaps not include a trigger as pictured?
Due to COVID-19, there is a shortage of triggers. We are currently unable to provide triggers with any of our 16 oz items until the supply chain has been restored to normal levels. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you accept returns?

Do your soaps and cleaners cause any harm to a vehicle?
If used correctly, our products are completely safe to detail most motor vehicles. For best results, please be sure to follow the directions listed on the the bottle or the product’s page.
Are your soaps and cleaners concentrated?
Many of our products are concentrated formulas and can be dilluted with water to your own liking. Please keep in mind that the more dilluted a product, the less penetration and restorative power it will provide.
Do you manufactured your soaps and cleaners?
All of our products are made, tested, and used in-house.
